We all deserve to live somewhere spectacular with good design and sustainable credentials. However as most of us don’t live a “Grand Designs “life it’s unlikely to happen.

Well not if Connect:Homes have anything to do with it . They’ve recently launched this wonderful prefab affordable home. Many designers and architects have played with the idea of prefab housing in the past and they’ve never really caught on. However these look fantastic  and from what we can see well made .

They’re US made but can be shipped anywhere in the world. They’re 640sqft each and comprise of one bed, one bath and an open plan living room with it’s own outdoor space.They’ve been cleverly designed with a glass wall at the front helping to give an enhanced sense of space. 

Let’s hope that this is the way for stylish affordable green housing to go !!
